Our company undertakes difficult tasks and manufactures even the most technically complex devices and tools.


In addition to basic machining equipment we also have numerically controlled machines purchased from such machine suppliers of worldwide renown as BATTENFELD, MIKRON, MITSUBISHI or CHARMILLES. Trained operators of the machines are supervised by a process engineer-programmer, who is programming the operation of these machines in UNIGRAPHICS software environment.

INJECTION MOULDS

For 35 years our company has been specializing in manufacturing of injection moulds for various industry branches, mainly for toy, automotive, electrical-machine and household appliances industries. Design of our moulds is based on "mould bodies" supplied by FCPK Bytów and fasteners from Bytów and HASCO. HASCO is also the main supplier of the heated channels system. We make mould inserts and cavities of the best tool steel grades supplied by BOHLER Company. We outsource heat treatment and chemical treatment in specialized plants equipped with the state of the art technology. All the moulds manufactured in our company are covered by the reliability guarantee which is confirmed by a guarantee card. During guarantee period our company provides comprehensive technical service including periodical overhauls as well as maintenance and stand-by assistance of "help desk" type. We also assure technical assistance as a part of post-guarantee services with the possibility of repairing and replacing worn out parts throughout the whole life cycle of the equipment. During that period we also assure the possibility of equipment modernization or modification of its design.


DESIGNING

In order to achieve required product quality our company employs the team of highly specialized designers working in the Pro/Engineer software environment. Starting from 3D modelling of specific mould parts or moulded pieces until preparing 2D manufacturing drawings, professional technical documentation is created, which constitutes the basis for manufacturing processes. As a part of open services we also prepare 3D models of products as well as technical and economic documentations of injection moulds and other technological tools.


MACHINING

Reproduction of precise parts and machine and equipment units constitutes an important part of our production. This activity is carried out in cooperation with other companies and on the basis of permanent maintenance agreements. We also manufacture tool prototypes and machine part prototypes for our customers. Additionally, we provide services for small economic entities with regard to comprehensive machining with the possibility of heat and chemical treatment and electroplating. Also, we have the group of machines for serial and mass production for the needs of long-term cooperation contracts.


PLASTICS

Services with regard to plastics processing constitute another part of our economic activities. If necessary, our group of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment can operate around the clock and thanks to this, we can offer the shortest possible delivery times of moulded pieces. Also, potential failures of an injection mould do not lead to big disturbances in the production process, because close at hand we have comprehensive technical service which can trouble shoot very quickly. We produce plastic parts by the injection moulds manufactured in our tool shop in the complete "from design to product" package system as well as by the customers' moulds, using full assortment of injection moulding plastics.
